It’s 1:29am and am supposed to be sleeping but I am reading a book, The Amish Christmas Matchmaker by Vannetta Chapman and it is very lovely. I am not a fan of Amish books and truthfully, this is the second I am reading, but I am totally warming up to them. This is a lovely one. I’d be posting a review in September but here’s a little book Excerpt that inspired this blog post.
“It’s okay to change your mind about a thing or person. Sometimes first impressions aren’t be best. Sometimes we have to see past that impression to the scars and hopes and dreams underneath, and then we understand who they really are.”
Off to more reading and possibly some sleep.
