HOPE IS BORN. THE MOSAIC COLLECTION CHRISTMAS ANTHOLOGY.

ABOUT THE MOSAIC COLLECTION.

For His glory . . .
The Mosaic Collection is an international community of women authors who write faith-based fiction to touch hearts with the good news that Christ’s finished work on the cross has made us one family, and to nurture affection for the people God has placed within our circles of influence, so that the grace and glory of God may become visible and personal to everyone we meet.
. . . and our good
We are sisters, a beautiful mosaic united by the love of God through the blood of Christ.
We have experienced the redemptive, restorative power of God’s grace in our marriages and families, and we believe our God is able to heal, restore and redeem our brokenness. His love fills us with the courage to persevere, and to offer others a Christ-like compassion that is full of His wisdom and grace.
Family by His Design
In the second chapter of the book of Philippians Paul exhorts the body of Christ to be unified: “Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose.” (Philippians 2:2, NLT)  As Paul called on the early believers to do, we are also called to unity.
When we choose to be of one mind, we enjoy the gifts of family, warmth, community, affection, curiosity, and clear communication. The bond we share with other believers – this family God has given us – frees us from seeking approval elsewhere: working ourselves to death, straining for others’ approval, grasping after security in countless ways.
Likewise, when together we adopt one purpose, we are equipped to serve others with patience, grace, encouragement, perseverance, integrity, and hospitality. By Jesus’ example we find courage to combine boldness with gentleness in our pursuit of the people we love. Rooted in the secure position of Christ’s sacrificial love, we can freely and authentically make ourselves available to the people God has placed within our influence.
